I believe it was a legitimate question. He only has 8 posts.
The reason why these servers are all the same (if that's what you're asking, it's very hard to understand you), is because he purchased a public source from Alex (Impulse), then paid for random developers to do "patch work". Kind of like if you paid 50 knitters to knit a blanket using different materials... the result will be hideous, but it'll still be a blanket.
