decks upgrade bag?

is there any deck upgrade bag because im reading in the forum that some have done full decks upgrades for 2024 crystals or 2200 when only the 10th decks needs 1505 crystals for 1 upgrade??

10th deck needs 1505 crystals for its first upgrade, then the others are way cheaper.
also what you've heard about needing 2k crystals is for upgrading all 10 decks from +++ to ++++
