Sure it is, free masteries + constant curst heart quest (Delvl) = FF all the way to max cap on official servers with 0 gap. works the same way as the SP dupe kingli released for old pservers. If anyone can remember that niggo...
High level + Skill edits = millions of SP.

Also the glitch allows to level 1 level over your own character level, nothing too important... and i doubt it gives any small EXP boost due to the -1 gap.

Create a packet send list for lvling a mastery and then delvling it, loop and go afk for 20 seconds and its finished.

Fyi if im right its pretty easy to prevent this glitch on pservers trough a quick & small database procedure modification. Im not 100% sure because im not too experienced. But after a quick look before it looks like it.
After all it makes a part of the game useless if one wants to, Skill points just takes up space on the screen. Which is pretty stupid on high rate pservers too. they should do something with it!
Even if it doesnt affect pservers much, some serious servers might want to repair the gameplay with as many patches as possible.

Im mostly surprized this glitch have not been published before considerng its simplicity and how long people have used it. I know of 2 people that had it before release here but im 100% sure alot more (especially devs) have known about it for long.
I know that kids compete to release things like this as soon as they get their hands on it for dumb reasons.
