You need to use xampp or wampp to run the register pages, first download the newbies.rar file from here:

Then install xampp, when its installed open it. When its open click on start next to "Apache".
If it says running, then turns back off, your ports are being used somewhere else.
If you need to change the ports then you need to open:
with xampp: [wherever you installed xampp]/apache/conf/httpd.conf (Open with text editor)
Search for Listen 80
add a 1 to the end of listen.
so it looks like this:
Listen 801
Then after you do that, you need to change your ssl port.
if your using xampp:
open [wherever you installed xampp]/apache/conf/extra/httpd-ssl.conf
find
Listen 443
change to
Listen 444
After you do this you need to restart xampp.
start running apache in xampp now. It should say running. (in the messages box it will say port 80 but it will be on your assigned port if you had to change it.)
Now, open [wherever you installed xampp]/htdocs/
open newbies.rar with winrar or jzip or 7zip.
extract it to wherever you want it.
Now that thats done we need to do extract website.rar
when its extracted take all the files and move them to [wherever you installed xampp]/htdocs/
if it doesnt ask you to replace index.php you made a mistake, make sure you are copying all your files from inside the website folder and not the folder itself!!
after that open config.php with your fav. text editor.
edit it to fit your server.
now if you did this correctly and you are on the hamachi network than your website will now be on: [hamchi IP Address]:801/index.php
now if you need to setup hamachi follow this guide:
Download hamachi from logmein (google it)
install it.
now make a network by clicking the "Create or Join Networks" button, then click create network.
Insert your network name.
Insert a password you will remember that you will give to other people.
Now if someone wants to play your server they have to join your network.
They need to press the same button, but click "Join an Existing Network"
They need to put in your network name and pass.
Then if your server is setup with your hamachi IP address they should be able to access your pserver. If not you need to edit:
ACCServer/account.ini, ACCServer/config.ini
GAMEServer/config.ini, GAMEServer/shell.ini
Then use a HEX EDITOR to edit GAMEServer/shell.dat
The newbie folder has 2 of them I prefer neo's hex editor.
If that doesnt fix your problem then your not doing something else right.
