Playing metin2 on S3(android)

Hello I am Spanish so my english is a litlle bad xD
I find this video on youtube the man who plays metin2 in the video dowloads a control remoto( deskopt) to control his pc on android but he put a very special app which this app he can play metin2 in his movile phone do you now how put these special controls in mobile?:handsdown:

Personally i can entre to metin2 with a remite control of pc un android but the problemas is control the character and pj :V
