Im 100% noone will share you that at the moment i only shared the info on how to do that with Ishtaria and i told him to never tell anyone that so unless you find it yourself or someone else finds it im sure you wont be able to edit them.

There is no editor/converter for this. The only folks that have the info for how to do that are Dreto and Ishtaria and they will not pass that information on.

If you want to edit that information I very much suggest you do your own reverse engineering and figure out what the data in that file looks like and how it is used.

I won't argue for something so insignificant. I know how hard I've worked to figure out some things.
