The Granite Method
I should note that I recommend having at least 3m starting GP for this; if you don't have that much, that's not a problem.
First you want to head over to the Grand Exchange (G.E) and buy some Granite (2kg), the method involves splitting the 2kg blocks into 500 gram blocks, as such you'll only be able to do about 1800 an hour which is how many I recommend you start off with. Once you've purchased a decent amount, using the chisel in your toolbelt you'll be able to chisel the blocks into 500 gram pieces - netting you ~600 profit each. Make sure to only withdraw 7 of the 2KG pieces at a time, or you won't have any space left while cutting them. When finished, sell your 500 gram pieces back on the GE for awesome profits!
