IGPARD - Proffesionalism 0%

So... 5 days ago i add the igpard ( igpard.com , metin2 yang seller) on my skype and i ask them if there is enough yang on the server i'm playing.
They say there is enough, so in 1 hour i already paid my 20 euro ... Then, guess what ? They have no more yang on that server, they did a mistake when they told me there is yang. They told me to wait.
So 5 days passed , they won't answer me on skype , gmail nor their "Live Support" , not even for a refund..


Any idea how to get my money back ?

OH well, so 8 days passed from my payment, they answered 2 days go: "give me 2 more days". I gve them, they still don't have the yang, when i told them to refund my money they won't answer again.

Guess they're not a legit seller and u won't see u're Money back.
