This definately works on Trial Of the Crusader 25 man HARD-Mode (which is the one that counts right?), but it most likely works on the other modes aswell.
Anyhow, If you get the Hunter when in the fight, You should haveing two damage dealers or so on the Hunters Pet. The reason for this is that the Pet seems to have a way higher healing prio than the other Npc's. This will cause the other npc healers to spam heal the Pet instead of the other mobs which will make it much more easy. Notice though that you will need to have someone to do Offensive dispelling on the Pet if you get for instance the Resto Drood otherwise it will Hot him to full hp and they won´t heal the pet when he is full HP.
