[Request] Solution for C9 Problem using vsro db.

does anyone know how to fix c9 error when trying to connect server ??

please if anyone have a solution share it .

Open the AgentServer port if it's closed.
Check if you use non xtrap agent/sro_client

I am not sure if you get this but Open the Port
And since you had this issue i am not sure if you know how to open a port so..
Firewall --> Advanced Setting --> Inbounded Rules --> Add --> Port -->TCP --.Allow Connection
