Looking to hire boosters

I have many NA orders that need some attention as I'm always busy with other orders. I'm currently looking for a plethora of NA boosters. Fill this out and post it on this thread. If I like what I see, then I shall contact you. Don't forget to leave your skype after you fill everything out. Please provide or be ready to provide visual evidence of your current division. This is NA orders only.

What is your game knowledge and since when have you played League of Legends?
Availability to boost? Ex: 18 Hours a day or Monday through Friday 6 hours a day.

Main role that you can carry with?
What other roles do you feel comfortable carrying with if your main role is taken?
Do you have any past experiences boosting, if so how much/how long?
