You have to decide which of your demands is your priority. That's becouse phBot have clientless, but no autowalk. And sBot have autowalk, but don't have clientless (I heard you can buy clientless mod for about 6€/month for 8 characters, but I tryed to register to that site and buy, but I didn't even get registration code on my mail...2 weeks ago I tryed, and still nothing).
Also important info:
--->sBot: it attack faster (with that fast attack option...but it works only for about 5 chars...if you have more you'll get dc a lot, which is not an option if you run 8/8 pt. Also your character will stuck much less becouse of autowalk (it recognise obstacle).
--->phBot: it has a lot more functions which allows you to set your bot really perfect for your time afk. I go from home for 5 days and when I come back all is as it must be, even party leader, use resurrection scrolls in need... Also it have full support for clientless (you can open map and move, add skills, even create new character, exchange, etc. ...really everything). You only need one folder for all your characters, not like sBot where you need new folder for each character. You don't need to go on site to download new patch. When you open bot it ask you if you want to update it. Etc...
I was absolute fan of sBot for years, but now I switched to phBot and I won't change back. Mainly becouse sBot is actually dead (forum have posts very very old, nobody answer you...no major updates, only when new sro patch come...no new features at all...and rubish support for any questions and demands). But phBot is more and more known, more and more people are using it, I absolutely love WeeMan becouse he answer to your question in 24h and explain you if you want to know anything about the bot future, also a lot of people help you at forum, it's cheaper, clientless and actually everything except autowalk. But WeeMan said he will add autowalk also, but it will take some time...probably not just a little, but bot is ALIVE, many updates and help.

p.s. I know I told much more good stuff about phBot (which I am using as well), but that's the way I see it. Really, phBot ftw...you won't get dissapointed ;)
