When you are banned from Overwatch maybe.. if you play League with some AntiCheats (ESEA / ESL) you can Contact the Support with the Anti Cheat Files and maybe they delete the Overwatch.
If you get banned from an Outdated / Free Cheat over VAC - No Chance :)
