Iam looking for some people who want a higher rank at csgo.
For my service i want keys oder skins, about how much we can
talk per steam. Currently i have 4 Accounts at Global und 2 at Supreme.

Play this game on your own and try to get better... This is the best thing you can do!

Well, i can give alot of tipps which will improve your skill alot.
But if you are really bad, it make no sense to play at the highest level.

I think your tips are pretty good. But you get good tips on youtube from some pros. The only thing to get better in this game is to play a lot. But maybe you get some newcomers ;) my opinion is it makes no sense.. If you are normally silver 4 and you will push him to dmg for example.. He will be the worst player in every game ^^

Well if i can tell you in every Situation what you did wrong and what you could have done better, it will help people a lot more than watching videos. Well if he really wants to improve, i could definetly get him to that level in some days. But the aiming part has to be given.
