Problem Azrael Costum

I have a concern with azrael costumes.
I do not see the icon of the costume. When I open the TGA, I'm the costume:

41315 ARMOR icon/item/41315.tga

Any idea?

u have in item_proto make "vnum3" to add the mse ?
