MAKE own weapons and armor

i have one question if is possible make own weapons and armors for X server shaiya?, if possible who do my own version of armors and weapons for game

About .3DC files (armor files): Yet, no one managed to create his own, properly working .3DC file. That is, because we did not totally figure how the animations/transformations of these files are set up.
However, you can slightly edit existing .3DC files.
