[Question] Classic CO.

So I'll be trying to make a Classic CO server.
I'd like some suggestions to what I should put in and what shouldn't be put in.
Note: I'm doing this as a way to learn a little bit of C#, I start out with just basic knowledge but I think it will be fun :) .

Could you be more specific when i hear or think classic conquer i think back to 1.0 days. If you more thinking like back when 1.0 changed to 2.0. Just some things i need to know before i post a good idea/s

first of all, no expball or db leveling...everyone has to earn his level not buy it...
no cps....(but if people want cps then make gold usefull for something at least...)
i admit it would be cool to see ninja^^(if level server)

some ideas in mind...

Alright, I'll be a little bit more specific.
I myself had made this list already.
- No XPballs or DBlvling
- No stupid monster hunter quests.
- No shopping mall (gotta figure out how to take this one out though).
- No ninja.
That was main thing I think.
Still debating on these:
- Lotto / CPs.
- 2nd RB.
- Garments.
- Bless / HP enchanting.

Please state your opinions and if possible the reason.

Delete CPs.
Keep 2nd RB
Keep Garments, but don't make it have a value in CPs, but Silvers.
