ITEM_PROTO CONVERTER

Hello,

Can anyone help me with a good item_proto converter, from txt to item_proto for locale or to xml?
I searched for this and all I found was shitty converters, no one was good.

look for "dump_proto.exe"

put your txts with it in a folder and run the dump proto then you have your item_proto,

you find the dump_proto.exe on google
