NEED HELP! Dispute problems!

So the user jaskile12 gave me $30 for 150 referrals, i sent the referrals to an account assuming it was on na because he didnt specify then earlier he said he was euw (i dont think it really matters tbh). He sent me a different referral link and i wasnt happy about it but i said whatever and started the bot for the new link. Thats it? Nope. He then messages me a few hours later saying his account was banned and demanded he got referrals on ANOTHER account. He 100% blamed me for his account for being banned and demanded for his referrals. I told him there was no way i was sending ANOTHER 150 referrals to a different account for the 3rd time. He then proceeded to talk and beg for the referrals and threatened to dispute the money because he "wasted" his 30$. I then just deleted and blocked him on skype because he was being really annoying and i wanted nothing to do with the guy. Now i sign onto paypal to see i have -$28 and he got the money back. How should i go about this? The guy is a scumbag and im stuck with - money on paypal. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

well you can't delete the old one, they will likely limit your new one if they found out you made another

It's his fault. Referral links are the same. He gave you the wrong referral link. No referral link specifies what region it is from so it wouldn't matter in the first place. Try getting premium on ePvP to request that negative TBM removal since he gave you the wrong referral link. He's trying to cover up his mistakes so that he doesn't have to pay an extra $30.

Sorry about your loss.

To become premium you need to buy and donate 500 Elite Gold. If It's allowed I'd be happy to help you out and try get your -tbm removed.

1) You aren't screwed, but he is, because he was the one buying virtual goods with PayPal money. So go call PayPal and tell them that he bought virtual goods with it.
2) Even if it's true and the link was for an EUW account, it would either have worked or not. Nonetheless there's no way at all the account would have been banned within just a few hours, so that's just a bs excuse.
3) If you don't compensate the negative PayPal balance, they will block your account so you can't use it anymore until the negative balance is compensated. Also a new account won't help you as they will find out it's yours sooner or later (via IP or what not, it's PayPal tho, not just a small company, they aren't stupid).
4) You can open a thread in the TBM rating support if you're either having the e*gold trader or Premium badge/status and try to get your negative removed

Hey men if you got a -balance they will send u a letter to your home with a bill and if you dont pay the police will come even if you typed in wrong information they will find you through ur ip and u will meed to pay it same happened to me but they said if i dont pay they will send me letters of an advocat of them
