Yes there is any reason to pay less then 1:1.
You can buy anything with Paypal. No matter what. That also includes that you can transfer the money to your bank account. Well thinking about PSC you can only buy online stuff.
Nevermind, im just interrested. If you can manage to find someone who will pay 1:1 tell me. I have some PSC to sell aswell :D
