Aion Lightning 4.0 Server Select problem

Hi all i installed Aion Lightning 4.0 Private server
All cmds starts fine without any problems!!

Test link status
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Now the problem
I opening Client i can login without problems.
than at the Select Server it saying
Recommended server is siel do you want to login to siel server
i press oke and than nothing happening ? who can help me with this
also i want to make it public! so maby there is someone who want to check it out!

Oke iam not stuck anymore at server it just saying No game server available to authorization server (6) maby someone know how to fix it i run windows 8.1 with aion
the server is running windows 2008 standard edition

need help i installed on windows 8 + windows 7 + windows server 2008
i get this Messenger at all windows i tryed all dll's i couldnt find
still nothing can someone help me? to fix this problem
