Rare Skins
Never have been in the Shop or for a Limited Time. (Christmas Skins, Pax Skins, Gamescom Skins, etc.)
Gift by Riot = Judgement Kayle, That one Elise Skin

But Gamescom skins are in the Store too like Riot Graves
