[Help] gem crafting

guys i got some strange problem and need ur advice:
1st off my ship is 61 skills, all castles 6/6, lvl 27 elite, 12 decks" 10 basic lvl+++,2 payment" using my favorite canons 60's lvl5 upgrade, polished muzzle still running.

before the last update came, my shoot was around 36-38k with elite balls with powders on, 7500 per hollows without powders on..and then after i craft my canon damage 13% to 15% my shoot went down hell :( elite-balls = 34-35k maximum, hollows 7100-7224 maximum, remember i still have polished muzzle on...i contact support but they f**ing told me: ur ship shooting within the desired ranges.

any advice??

One night i was shooting as always 8000 on hollows without powder for example and the next day i was shooting 7600 .... but my dmg is reduced only on hollows . Why is that , does someone has this problem and i did not craft anything.

Crafted damage from 13% to 14% few days ago and no problem here.

same happened to me!

a m8 on my alliance " we both already friends on real life" his ship same abilities as mine, he didn't craft his gems yet, and his shoot still same, and guess what?? hes shooting much harder than me even i had +2% canon damage more than his ship!
one word: f*ck you BugPoint and ur sh!t developers

factors = ammunition used, pet probability, also its difficult to get any accurate assesment with polished still active, also what u shooting, range from target, you will hit more of your higher end hits at 75% from max range. ( no books ), also cannon ratio. and always remember 1% = ruffly 100pts i would think maybe u lost you 7 or 5%also member they said small changes, like no more elite bonus, cause all my ship dmgs seem fine

i tried every possible things can be done, 1) shoot an npc with my friend who have an ship similar of mine he shoot much harder than me " we both using same canons,same # of canons , same ammo! i believe i have a problem on my ship! but Idiots admins and developers dont know what is wrong with my ship..i believe they need much learning about gaming and programing.
2) if this changes is due to the last update, then why some ppl got their shoot reduced while others still shoot same damage?

I vote that they should remove the support section... Whenever i write to them they always me answer like "We are not able to do that and to do this.We dont know ... " They say only sorry sorry and they are just hoping i still enjoy their glitch game.

loool same shit happen with me :)) last time i contact them i said "u really made me remorseful for spending much time playing this game"...when they answer me they said "we hope u enjoy our game" lmao
