what do you mean "where they are stored"?
Like in your char-files ind Singleplayer? Or on the battlenet servers?

Yeah battle net. Just need the names. Cuz i need to change the name of the Full rejuvination potion. It's changed to "GRAPE" and my autopot doesnt work ..... i wanna change it to it's default name . . .
