Level up bot

Hello there, I need to make a smurf and i want to know if there any free level up bot out there

I would just recommend to buy a clean lv30 acc from one of the trusted seller here for 10-15 euros.
Also u can check out the "League of Legends Bot/Hack" section here.
If there is a good level bot u will probably find it there.

I dont have paypal atm :D , and i want him with a certain name
