I'm using Loader, why am I getting press[connect] ?

hey guys, just wanna ask why am I getting press[connect] (at the left hand side bottom corner of SRO), it usually is "Requesting User Information" but I kinda get "press[connect]" quiet frequently, please help? =)\\:handsdown:
