My first release (not here, questions first)

I am going to be releasing my application here, which is not a "hack" or a "cheat" but something a lot of league players will appreciate very much. Plus, the average joe person freaks out and says "its a trojan, its a scam" blah blah. I'm so tired of it, I need to gain popularity first as being known for being legit.

I am just posting here to ask, where exactly would I put the application, and what should I watch out for so I do not offend / get banned for doing something wrong?
