Yeah, some people say the FCLDParser is a private tool. but it isn't since its on the internet. if you search good enough you will find it, dont want to use my download then get it from google :)

This is for scripting your items.bin

the fcldparser is editing the global.fcl after you edited the items.bin

Fileconverter speaks for itself i guess?

FcldParser:
Put in your warrock eu folder> Open fcldparser > enter > N enter > type \Data\items.bin and enter > enter again > wait for it > press Y and enter. Done!

If you show this tool public Nexon get fix.
I recommend to remove this download and upload only items.bin and relative global.fcl
