I have 150 completed referrals but i can't redeem the last 150 reward.

(I checked and counted all, definetly have 150 level 10 Accounts)

2 Referrals are not finished. i think riot just need to update it coz he leveled the acc at last

you need to wait 1 day and u will able to redeem them

just wait a day or so
