Cant join Server?

Is there some kind of maintance going on what i didnt see?
Im getting cant join relay server tunnel...(Something like that)
If it isnt a maintance.. What is it then? And how do i fix it.

MEiner wurde gestern früh gebannt, mein anderer nicht, gan gut sein dass die noch was weg bannen. Wobei es ihr eigenes verschulden ist, wenn man nen 5€ Schein auf dem Boden findet. hebt man ihn auf. Unsinniges bannen.

Do you know when they finish the maintance? I want to play s4 League after i wasnt able to play when they migrated S4 to Aeriagames.

They haven't mentioned when they will be done with this shiet .
It's useless anyway + we haven't received any summer patch and the summer is approaching to its end .
