Advice from a guy who sold over 150 accounts. You didn't mention few more important things, what lvl are they, number of champions, any other skins and runes. Be happy if you get 20$ for rammus and 10$ for kayle and corki.

I've sold 15+ 30. lvl unranked accounts with king rammus, ufo corki and judgement kayle, waited for months and sold them for 30-50$ each. These are not easy to sell especially because they are cracked.
You won't get 100$ for 3 accounts unless they are 30. lvl a lot of champs/runes and few more skins.
