Official MiddleMan

In these days there a lot of new users getting scammed, by people who are having 50+ Tbm'S.
So i think epvp have to announce some OMM (Official Middle-mans), 1 MM per Section.
There are 3,4,5 Moderators per section, If you guys choose 1 of them and promote to Middleman, it would be great i think, Let me know your guys opinions, Thanks.

Why you think moderators cant scamm you? lol

You can't really trust anybody online. Having official middlemen is hard because what happens if one of them scam a user?

You feel less scary, also all the moderators are registered since 2008-2009.
@creationist, now you have around 5,000 posts, i don't think that you will scam somebody also registered since 2008 wasting out your 6 years work.

We HAD already scamming moderators
since that, some time ago moderators aren't able to be middleman of trades

that's primary to protect our reputation as forum

We had this suggestion already multiple times.

Even an official MM would never be 100% secure.
It would only give you a false sense of security.
Even moderators arent that trustworthy.

No, there are also moderators from 2012.
And furthermore, the count of posts doesnt tell anything about the fact that somebody would scam you or not.

Well, it was only my opinion and little bit more secure idea.

You could have 1 post, or 30,000 posts. You can't trust anybody. If people see something which is valuable enough, I'm sure they're willing to take their 7 year 30k post account just to get that item.

101%, Right, Well thanks for all you guys for answer.

Additionally, there wouldn't be many people doing that (for free), because there's always a risk of being falsely accused. Just imagine some people randomly accuse an official MM of scamming. Even if it's not true, it would damage his and our reputation and you can't prevent that.

thats the reason why i dont make any middleman services...
whom.you can trust that if you got a psc card which is emty or will be used when you get the code...
too risky.... i only trust myself and thats all :)

I understand you but other all websites have [OMM] and never seen scamming somebody.

That may be true, but the risk would be too high. If an OMM would scam someone, then ePvP would have to take all the responsibilty for it.
