New server? Partners?

Hi i am a man who knows quite allot on online marketing and am planning to start a new metin 2 server. the problem is i dont have the knowledge or time to try to make a new server. so im searching a partner who has experience of making servers and is willing to make a new one and a simple homepage, let me market it and fix it up and we split the proffit of the item shop 50/50.

I have allot of experience of the game so i know some stuff at least! i have been playing it around 6-8 years.

I know this is not a legal thing it is a private server. a copy of a official server/servers.

You can question my expertice of marketing, and to think that i would present it on epvp for marketing is a verry small amount of what is needed to get players..

I own a succesfull buisness that is a online shop. i didnt get there by presenting my items on some forums, nor did i spend tousends of dollors on google adwords.

I doubt that i will get any good response on this forum but i am willing to give it a try. if i dont get the right awnser/proposal i will study the (making a own server) and make my own.

For those who dont come here to try to make me fail. you are welcome to write!

I have a passion for the game. i dont do it for the money but if i will pay for the webhotell i still want to get back a little bit of it. the buissness is swedish , and is primaly selling in sweden so my need for good spelling and good english is not needed. i dont want to make a server for the money i want it for the fun and the gameplay ... anyways i will not find any results on this forum so i might as well learn to make a server my own.

This matter is probably more suited (and not allowed anywhere else according to the rules) in [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].

I know from experience that promotion is important so better don't underestimate it.
BUT I also know many servers are or have been successful while the admins have a very bad reputation and are known for not being able or not wanting to master major problems.
Still, players run for all servers and invest a lot of money.
Place your server on a major toplist, promote it through YouTube let's players (buy with money) and advertise on elitepvpers and Skype.
I always wanted to establish some more "professionality" within the scene but I suspect this is not necessary and not "effective".

Tanks for The awnser. I din not see that forum topic. I dont think i Will find a good partner hehe so i have started making The server myself. If your guys have any tips on some good guides and programs. All sorts of info is good for me . Thanks/ wo0fer

Do it on your own.
Just follow these steps:

1.Learn english
2.Learn Python/LUA/C++/Photoshop
3.Create your Server
4.Enjoy

And you purchase thousand of dollars on Google-Ads for presenting a private Server? :awesome:

12.05.2019 - DDOSed
13.05.2019 - Särskilda Skyddsgruppen knocking on your door

If you have sooo much money, why don't you pay the people ;)
Then you'll find more peoples who are helping you.
Noone does something for free for an non-serious swedish man.
