How many rare skins

How many and wich one of my skins can i consider as rare?

i would consider the riot, pax, ref, victorious, harrowing and chrismas skins as rare, everything you can't buy anymore is rare

Don' forget about the Preorder Skins (Black Alistar, Silver Kayle, Human Ryze) and free Skins like King Rammus/UFO Corki or Specials like Urf Warwick. These are the "real" rare Skins.

Rare Skins: Pumpkinhead Fiddle, Annie in Wonderland, Victorious Elise, Snow Bunny Nidalee

and this ref-rewards skins.
