Port 13000 - help

Hi, I have problem on my hamachi server. My friends can't log on serwer, on character selection window. Port 13000 does not work. I have game 34k, files and client from:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Sorry in advance for my bad english. Can someone help me?

Do you Checked the Ports in the Configs? Do you started Portmap? And do you always changed the root.eix/epk?
