Private server help

Please help I have tried doing all the Guide even the mannequin guide but its not working with the mannequin guide i cant get the accserver to open says "windows cannot access the spicfic device, path, or file."
and so on and i have asked for help many times about these but not getting anywhere could someone please upload a Up to date server + client that runs on vista. Or could you help me with the mannequin server

Sounds like you have a shortcut pointing to something that does not exist.
