Didn't receive Medieval twitch..

Ok so..

I bought some refs a while ago, and then redeemed the rewards on the refpage..

Problem is, I redeemed both grey warwick then the medieval twitch + 2000 RP right after each other..

So I logged in, and I see only grey ww, no twitch skin..

I guess it bugged and only gave me the 1st skin cuz I redeemed both at same time!

I dont know what to do now, I'm afraid to contact riot support..

Anyone got suggestions?

Tell us first how many days is "a while ago" ? Because Riot can need up to 48 hours to activate your rewards.

Don't worry, it's like 6 days ago, and I received the RP just not the skin..

Yeah exactly Sevi lol.. I'm sure they will look into my refs and check if they are actually legit, if I'm gonna ask them for the twitch skin >_>

You did relog onto the cliënt and the website to be sure they arent there? Sometimes ritos stuff can be buggy.

Yes I've relogged many times.. and I can't redeem it from the ref page..

Guess it won't ever come, maybe some day if I'm lucky lol

yo go to the support i had the same prob. with 50refs and i dindt get my rp i wrote to the support they check it saw thats right and all went fine and fast ^^

And you bought the refs too?

I got the RP though just not the skin..

You could compare it to the real world.. like, you go and steal a few things from a store, and you'll come back the next day and tell them there's something wrong with the item you "bought" :D

For the IP you need to click a button if a remember correct, maybe you could try to collect all your IP, just a random thought.

Ye collected them all many days ago by "redeem" button :)

I think it just bugged when I redeemed both WW skin + twitch skin right after each other, then logged in, then it only knew how to give me one skin maybe..
