in navicat go to manage users and make sure root@localhost has full permissions. I gave all root logins full permission on it and works fine. Tell me if you get past that

no click on the actual Database and give all rights to user test (in your case your using username test pass test) zf is your database to give test access to

1. i dont think anyone wants to join a server that some1 cant start
2. login to winmysql admin and it will work (test; test)

Ok uninstall everythings like Wamp,Navicat,phpmyadmin etc etc.

Go to deletede my.ini first.
2nd-Close the mysqld-nt.exe
3rd-Maybe your shell.ini files wrong ''copy here''we look what does wrong.
4th-Extract your server files anywhere
but u dont know how to doing thats all i can help you with teamviewer

And last important things;Maybe your database crashed,I can upload for you clean database.
