Das kommt in Steam -> Steamapps -> Common -> Counterstrike Source -> Cstrike -> Custom -> Hier erstellst du dann einen ordner mit den namen Skins oder was auch immer^^ und da rein entpackste dann alles.

Kann auch am server liegen, Material geht nur auf servern mit sv_pure 0 oder 1 ^^
