Help <span> easy for u but hard for me...

Hey im using ipboard and i want to make a span for the admin, like this : <span style="color: #190707; shadow: 0px 0px 8px #9AFE2E;"</span>

So [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
but than came this

No span, can anybody help me pls...
