Armor/MagicPen Order

Hey guys

so i just wanted to know what applies first? I know that there are 4 types of Armor/Magic Pen Types which are:

Flat Reduction
Percentage Reduction
Percetage Penetration
and the Flat Penetration

So is this the Order for S3 or S4 ? Or did they changed something about that in the time between ?

Would be nice if someone could help me.

abyssal scepter passive and black cleaver stack passives apply first
afterwards void staff and last whisper
then the flat armor/magic pen

Magic penetration and magic resistance reduction work exactly like armor penetration and armor reduction.

Penetrations and reductions are considered on the target champion in the following order:

1. Flat armor/magic reduction
2. Percentage armor/magic reduction
3. Percentage armor/magic penetration
4. Flat armor/magic penetration
