[Re-Release] Eidolon Files

Yes I know most servers have the files
but only the newer ones do. The previous release
has dead links so i figured why not
Have at it , There are no ini files because dif clients
have to setup with dif pet ids/

while its good to see more releases out there, should we not stick to the correct sections?
