Can Any Coder Help in a System Console Problem ?!!

I have a Problem with @Exit Command in Code Environment.Exit(0) C# Project

The Server Restarting Works 100 % but the Problem is With the Console it did not Close (Sockets + Players Exit 100 % but the Console Window Still not Closed and Give me This Error)

Probably some trash attempt at persistence. Just delete whatever is calling the server application and call the application directly.

hmmm those files are system protected files i can not delete or may be i do not know how so can you explain exactly where and what should i delete ,,, thanks

Out of curiosity on how this escalated so quickly to deleting system protected files, what files did you consider deleting and why?

I Tryied to Use Try Catch Code to Specify the Problem Place and i Got This
then i Changed the File (public class ServerSocket) and the Problem Still Can Any one Help ?!!!!
