Hello , i need some help !

I quite played private servers for some time already , i never had problem with the clients , i used to log all the time 1 account from normal start , and one with the bot . since 2 days i got a problem ,Requesting user confirmation and then disconect or requesting user confirmation then cant connect to server c9 , i tryed all things , i contacted my internet provider he told me all its ok , my internet its working good , i dont know what to do more , this problem comes when im trying to log in my second character , from bot or normal client... can you help , please ?

Try 1 client with bot, and 1 client with edx-loader, should work.
