Hello i need a bit of help !

I have been playong private silkroad server for quite a long time now... i had all the time 2 clients on , one on my mbot and one with normal client opened , since 3 days i get some kind of error , Requesting user confirmation and the disconect or Requesting user confirmation and then failed to connect server C9 and thats only when im trying to log my second char , ive done all the things , restarted rooter , calling the internet provider he told me that all its working ... i dont know what to do more , can you help me with some advices please ?
