Deadline for redeeming all the remaining codes (only if you had the card of it anyways) was 07/23. So it's over, with or without card. The only new codes will be the ones given out on future events (like PAX and stuff) and are only valid for a couple days after the event they were given out at.

As you can see on lolskinshop.com, all the skins they're still offering are obtainable via refs and not through codes. If you click on any other skin, it's telling you that they are out of stock.

There is no way to have any valid code left (even with the corresponding card), and every person or site who's trying to tell you there is, wants to scam you.
