[Request]Guide TQ Binaries

I've tried to set up TQ Binaries by following a few guides from 4botters. But I get the same error, it says like "Error: Login: test password: test port: 3366 (forgot which port)" this is when I try to run MsgServer or Npcserver etc.... and Yes winmysql is open and I logged in as test and test. Any ideas?

In shell.ini u are sure u have this?

Btw i'm not so sure the mysql database is open.
I bet on 100$ the mysql database process isn't opened,that with 3 colors.

Ah I would but my msn has a virus. It spams everyone when I'm online a virus link. I can't really fix it sorry. But you can help me through Hamachi.
