500+ Skins (all pax, cs, riot, legacy, legendary except rumble, ultimate)
the only skins that he don't have are the last ones that came out (can be bought in store)

What is the worth of it?

Maybe it is worth that much, but I highly doubt anyone would ever pay more than 800 Euros for LoL account no matter how good it is.

4-5 conservative. If you find a collector who has their acc banned 6-8

The thing is the account may be great with rare skins but the rare skins are coming back over time. Rusty blitz and urf ww are now the big money makers since all of the skin issues.

It's not worth as much as you think it is. Not sure if Mathew still has the account that's almost similar to yours and his only had an offer of like 750€
