[HELP]TransUp Req Rank

Can someone tell me how to remove the TransUp required Rank/Grade i want to use it..
I already remove the grade require in share/skill/a_5_1_transup.csv and still cant used the item skillbook transup

thats a stupid question man , thats so basic , man search right db and u found lol

Im not talking about the db STUPID, and i know how to add rank in the db.. I'm talking about how do you remove it without having to change the db like i said already remove it from the csv any other ways?
