[GUIDE] Force Blader

Bladers are notorious for “not being able to be killed, but not being able to kill a thing themselves.” While the latter part of the quote is not entirely true, the concept that a Blader is not able to be killed, certainly, is. A Blader is not meant to be a heavy damage-dealer. It is meant to be a Tanker, being able to have mobs upon mobs, hoards upon hoards, of enemies attacking it at once, and be able to tank through it all, and kill them one by one, sometimes by knocking down........
To me a force blader is a blader with less defense than a normal blader but with greater damage . the tanking ablity is still quite similar with more damage.
A force blader needs to reach the level 90 cap to be effective, you use debuffs first good one is level 60 to weaken an enemy and then do almost double damage. so what I'm saying is a force blader is completely a end game build.

ok for the stats it quite simple full str. Yeah you need the mp for your force skills but the passive give us the mp. Here is what my stats look like now. I have +str and +int on everything close to full.

Bicheon. The most important Skill Tree to the Blader.

Before the level 71 4th book this tree is a waste of sp but with the last book is a bleed effect that damages over time DOT and lowers defense. being force your goal is to debuff and hit hard, this may be handy later on but I’m not maxing it till 90 when I have some left over sp.

Chain Sword Attack Series

Everyone all of them they are what makes a blader. in pvp ok there not often used due to KD stab stab stab KD stab stab stab KD stab stab stab being the recommended approach but in PvE they really shine, a single chain can kill most mobs and when your in a group the nukers don’t get stoped bye your KD. Same as the smashing series the final book the lightning chain can put some status effects down Bleed impotent and division
Division: Lowers your opponent’s defense.
Impotent: Lowers the damage your opponent does.

Shield Technique

The greater defense comes in handy when you fight a large number of enemy's or in pvp a str build the 2nd book increases block ratio (only phy damage will get extra block chance).but only lasting 15 seconds can be a bother to know when to use it i think it more an emergency type skill.

Blade Force Series

One of the ranged attacks a blader gets and it is quite good for geting mobs attention and in pvp to kill wizard or open with.

Hidden Blade Series

Your PvP main skill the KD skill as i said before pvp for a normal blader is KD stab stab.... until they are dead for you its more like debuffs KD stab stab stab Dead.other uses are when your in trouble to many mobs and a giant you may want to KD then chain another or stab it a few times. You can also use this when a nuker or someone else tries to KS a gaint from you just KD and stab.

Killing Heaven Blade Series

Stab, this is the skill that you use after KD. they can’t be used on a standing enemy but on a Knocked down one well the damage is huge. If you time it well with no lag you can get 3 stabs in, rarely all 4 make sure you use the stronger ones first.

ok this is quite a confusing skill I’m unsure if it makes a good difference or not it lowers your shields defence and increases your attack power. The reduction on the 4th book at level 1 is 66% and only a 107 boost to phy atk power.

Shield Protection Series

Max, without a doubt. This increases the chance that you have to block an attack from an enemy.

The strongest Imbue (i have know idea what imbue stands but thats what everyone of the first skills of light fire and cold are called) in the game and as a blader thats what you want. And because your going force blader your looking for damage.it adds a minor effect burn that dose very little DOT (at lower levels you can see it).

Fire Shield Series.

This buff gives a percentage reduce to your Status Effect you need this to get Immunity to ice at later levels. It also stops many other effects (reduces their effective time).

Flame Body Series.

Another buff. This increases your Physical Damage by a good 10% at higher levels and that makes a difference. Say i did a 1000 damage normal hit, buffed 10% i do 1100 (no imbue).

Fire Protection Series.

A buff that increases Magical Defence. You’re trying to keep up your tanking bladerness so more defence is a must especially magical defence.

Fire Wall Series.

ok I don’t suggest this skill because well you can’t move and you’re a blader. Well it does have some uses at level one it will completely take the damage of any nuke. Kind of usfull.

Flame Wave Series.

A Nuke and being a nuke its int based damage and your pure str so for a blader like you its useless

Fire Combustion Series.

Ok I don’t find these at all useful number one because you have to see them go into invisibility and then use the skill and hope they are within the range. But other people seem to be able to use them try them yourself.

Flame Devil Force Series.

Just like the Flame Body Series, it increases your Physical Damage by a percentage – permanently

Self Heal Series.

this skill is kind of optional because the healing capability of this is minor but you don’t need to select yourself as the target. i myself don’t have it because the Heal Series heals much more and can be used on other people.

Force Cure Series.

After consideration and some use an hour or 2. this skill is good for a ... back up from cure therapy series once you cast those skills you may be still have some left to cure so you want to cast this one it has a less of a cooldown but you have to target your self witch can be quite annoying.both cure 2 random effects this one cures selected target even an enemy in pvp (very annoying)

Cure Therapy Series.

a easier to use skill than force cure but a longer cooldown so you may want both this i the skill you let fly first (i use the 3 in a row if really need to get rid of some debuffs) then in worst case start using force cure. both cure 2 random effects this one cure your whole party.

Heal Series.

This skill allows you to heal the hp of any other character or even yourself. So this skill can come in handy it heals much greater than Self Heal Series.

Rebirth Art Series.

This skill allows you to resurrect other characters if they ever die. Quite useful in CTF or any PvP situation because well your most likely to die last in your group so you finish off what you can then res your team.

Natural Therapy Series.

Great for power levelling people putting around wizards in a party because it similar to the euro bard spell nosie it stops normal mobs and normal party mobs from attacking the people in it unless attacked.

Vital Spot Attack Series.

-Vital Spot Muscle: Lowers your opponent's parry
-Vital Spot Spirit: Lowers your opponent's attack rating
-Vital Spot Body: Gives your opponent Decay status (lowers physical defense)
-Vital Spot Mind: Gives your opponent Weaken status (lowers magical defense)
-Vital Spot Zero: Gives your opponent Impotent status (lowers physical and magical attack power)
-Vital Spot Brain: Gives your opponent Division status (lowers physical & magical defense)
Ok the key to a force Blader your main VS (made up then Vital Spots) are the Body VS , Brain VS Mind VS are the 3 VS that increase your damage, Muscle also lowers parry thus making crits more likly.Spirit and Zero keep you alive longer by reducing the persons damage.So your order you should cast or want on an enemy is Brain, Body, Mind, Zero, Spirit, then Muscle (Spirit and muscle never get resisted, well Ive never seen it)
Force Increasing Series.

The Extra MP i told you Force Brings.

Ok you have 30 masteries to play with.
Cold 30 gives a tiny bit of extra defense and snow shield.
Light 30 gives a extra bit of speed (mine is level 32 for the tele ill delevel it later and get cold)
Glavie 30 would give a bit more health other than that nothing
Bow 30 gives some atk rating and maybe some ok pull mob skills
ill just say this now if you wish you could make this something else other than 90 fire i chose fire because it is the strongest.

Armor 0% speed increase 0% MP cost reduction Greater Phy def less mag def can be worn with protector
Protector 10% speed increase 10% MP cost reduction average Phy def and mag def def can be worn with armor
Garment 20% speed increase 20% MP cost reduction less Phy def Greater mag def cant be worn with pro or armor

I Suggest Garment because well the 20% speed and 20% MP make a difference, well a difference to you because you don’t have lightning and your pure str it gives you a little compensation and because you have very little mag def (defense from nukes) and being pure str you already have a good phy def.

One thing that everyone else doesn’t have that can and will make a big difference in your tanking ability your shield (s/s has shield but they don tank)
When looking for a shield things to look for other than +5 +7 +9 is its block ratio take for example this kick ass shield

The blade is also important well because you’re a blader!!! On you blade look for good % and good blues it quite simple. I got this from a drop when i was farming it was plus 4 when i got it.

Always try to pimp your gear with good blues and if you can the whites (usually harder to change)and obviously Plus them

Grinding
well as a blader it is quite easy solo and party
Solo is simple pull mobs with Blade Force Series & Sword Dance Series once you have 4 or 5+ mobs use Hidden Blade Series 2nd book to knock down some mobs if the one you have selected is now KD stab it one stab probably finish him off then move on to the next with those chains. if one of your mobs is a giant or another groups pt mob use your debuffs and then chains and KD stabs.
Party Play you are mainly support your going to put up Natural Therapy Series around where your wizards stand then pull mobs to you when there is a giant and pt giant debuff with Mind and brain so those wizards and nukers do some damage.
